Join Tracy Hamlin at her second home, St. Lucia, and allow her to share
her passion for fine foods and wine along with her 20 years of music
industry experience with you. All meals come from the finest, freshest,
seasonal island ingredients and from some of her favorite chefs. 2
dinners, 1 breakfast, 1 lunch and parting brunch are all included. Here
on the island we always mix a good dose of fun with our hard work, so
bring comfortable clothes and if weather permits, there are bikes
available to ride or you can walk or run around the island during open
time.
ABOUT ST. LUCIA
St. Lucia is the sort of island that travellers to the Caribbean dream
about -- a small, lush tropical gem that is still relatively unknown. One of
the Windward Islands of the Lesser Antilles, it is located midway down the
Eastern Caribbean chain, between Martinique and St. Vincent, and north
of Barbados. St. Lucia is only 27 miles long and 14 miles wide, with a
shape that is said to resemble either a mango or an avocado (depending
on your taste). The Atlantic Ocean kisses its eastern shore, while the
beaches of the west coast owe their beauty to the calm Caribbean Sea.
